Get your voucher

If you purchased a ticket for an event that has been cancelled or postponed for health reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can now request a voucher for the same amount to purchase tickets for a future event.

Canceled events

If the event has been cancelled, the amount of your purchase will automatically be refunded to your bank account by the organizer. If you prefer, request a voucher to use for future events.

Postponed events

If the event has been postponed and the new event date suits you, the tickets you have will be valid for the new date. You don't have to do anything other than attend the event. But if the new date does not suit you, request a voucher to use it for future events by the same organizer.

To activate your voucher follow these steps:


Find your purchase receipt in your email inbox as you will need your purchase reference.


Fill in the form on the right indicating the same details with which you made the purchase.


Once the form has been sent, you will get an email confirming that we have received your activation request.


Within some weeks you will receive another email telling you how to activate your voucher.


You can use it to purchase tickets for any other future event by the organizer.

You have up to 14 days after the communication from the organizer to request your voucher and your voucher will be valid until December 31, 2021. This service will be valid for any event in the drop-down on the form. If your event does not appear on the list, contact the organizer.
